💰 Pricing & Booking
Bartender Only is $300 for 3 hours (+$75 per additional hour) for up to 70 guests. Full Bar Experience (real glassware, lighting effects, full mixer setup) is $400 for 3 hours. A flat $50 travel fee applies for events up to 15 miles from Aventura. Weddings and large events are custom-quoted - contact for a free estimate.
Bartender Only includes a custom cocktail menu, professional bar tools, mobile bar setup, ice, garnishes, and mixers - glassware is available as an add-on. Full Bar Experience includes everything in Bartender Only plus real glassware, lighting effects, and backup plastic cups. Spirits are not included unless arranged separately.
A flat $50 travel fee applies for events up to 15 miles from Aventura. For locations beyond 15 miles, contact us for a custom quote based on the distance.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Contact us at (786) 246-5019 or DM @miami.bartender on Instagram to discuss booking terms and confirm your event date.
2-4 weeks ahead for private parties, 1-3 months for weddings. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available - call or DM on Instagram to check availability.
Full bar setup (tools, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes) is always included. Spirits can be provided by the client or arranged through us at an additional cost depending on the package.

Yes! The Fire & Smoke Show is my signature service available for all event types - weddings, private parties, corporate events, and yacht parties. It's included in the Premium package and can be added to other packages. Learn more about the fire show →
Dry ice smoke cocktails are a dramatic signature presentation where food-grade dry ice is added to the drink, creating a thick white smoke that cascades over the glass. It’s completely safe and insanely photogenic - every guest grabs their phone to record it. Yes, we offer dry ice smoke cocktails for any event package in Miami.

Absolutely. I specialize in personalized menus built around your theme, colors, and guest preferences using house-made syrups - lavender, violet, cucumber, hibiscus, strawberry, and more.
Yes! We offer a full Mocktail Bar Package with creative, alcohol-free drinks - perfect for kids birthday parties, family events, baby showers, and any all-ages celebration. Kids go crazy for the colorful layered mocktails. See our kids party page →
Absolutely! Kids birthday parties are one of our specialties. We set up a beautiful mocktail bar where children can enjoy fun, colorful drinks - layered mocktails, sparkling lemonades, and fruity sodas. Completely alcohol-free, safe, and unforgettable.
Absolutely! We do quinceañeras, sweet 16s, and all family celebrations. We can create both cocktail and mocktail menus so everyone - guests of all ages - has a beautiful drink.
📍 Service Area & Setup
All of Miami-Dade County: Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, South Beach, Coconut Grove, Aventura, Doral, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Travel to Broward and Palm Beach available for larger events.
Yes - mobile bar setup is included in both packages along with bar tools, ice, garnishes, and mixers. The Full Bar Experience package also includes real glassware and lighting effects (glassware is an add-on for Bartender Only). You only need to supply spirits unless we arrange that too.
